✅ Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and hydronic design
- Experience in healthcare, higher education, or commercial mechanical systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Trane Trace, and Revit
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
