Job Type: Full-time

✅ Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and hydronic design
  • Experience in healthcare, higher education, or commercial mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Trane Trace, and Revit
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

🛠️ Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for mechanical system design in healthcare, higher education, civic, and commercial building projects. The role requires active involvement in all stages of design and construction, coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, and a passion for upholding engineering best practices.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute technical design and quality control for assigned projects
  • Produce construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions
  • Ensure compliance with mechanical and energy codes
  • Conduct mechanical system calculations and layouts
  • Participate in construction administration, site visits, and shop drawing reviews
  • Research and integrate project-related data
  • Assist in writing and maintaining project specifications
  • Update and revise drawings based on QA feedback
